Summer Walnut Pear Salad It seems like the summer will never end! Don’t let the heat wear you down, stay cool and health with this delicious and refreshing salad! Here is a Summer Walnut & Pear Salad to get you in the summertime spirit.
Dice 2 pears into small pieces.
Wash 10 oz. fresh baby spinach and place in a bowl along with the diced pears.
Then add 1/2 cup craisins and 1/2 cup chopped Farm Fresh Nuts walnuts
Lastly, add 1/2 cup of crumbled feta. And your favorite raspberry vinaigrette.
